The
fee is prepaid monthly in the first lesson of each month by cash or by
check and is non-refundable.
24-hour
notice is required for cancellations/changes unless a medical
certificate
is provided for sickness.

cancellation with no charge is allowed in each 3 months. Cancellation
due to extreme weather conditions or teacher’s absence will not be
charged. Change
of lesson time should be kept to the minimum and should be at
teacher’s
availability.
No
class will take place on all federal holidays.
The
fee does not include the materials. Book expenses paid by the
teacher will
be reimbursed at the marked price with no extra charge.
Students
are expected to continue lessons throughout the summer. If a
student
chooses not to take lesson in the summer, there will be no
guarantee of a
fall lesson time.
There
will be no make up time for student’s lateness and will be make up
time
for teacher’s lateness.
